If you no longer wish to receive Outerinfo advertisements and special offers, you may opt-out at any time, through the industry-standard "Add or Remove Programs" section of Windows. Simply click on "Start," then "Settings, then "Control Panel," then "Add or Remove Programs." Once there, please look for any product labeled "Outerinfo" and then click on "Change / Remove." The Outerinfo uninstaller will then guide you through the rest of the opt-out process. Outerinfo products can also be removed through the Start>Programs menu of Windows. Once there, please look for any product labeled “Outerinfo” and then click “Uninstall Outerinfo”. In rare cases, usually due to interference from a third party application, our built-in uninstaller is corrupted.
This situation can be corrected by downloading and running the stand-alone uninstaller available here.

If you need assistance running OiUninstaller.exe, please follow the instructions below.


1. Click here to download the uninstaller.

2. Click on "Save".



3. Save the uninstaller to your desktop.



4. Double Click on the OiUninstaller.exe icon on your desktop.



5. Click on "Run"



6. Enter the code shown, and click on "Uninstall"



7. When this window appears, click on "OK" to restart your computer.
